let’s take a walk back in time to the warm and breezy days of fall in 2021, one season after we purchased 3.75 acres of land in Central Texas - along the edges of the Post Oak Savannah and Blackland Prairie Ecoregions. it was originally overgrazed pasture land and been cleared before selling. notice the ragweed, junipers, cedar elms, and mesquite.
